From the raw product’s growth at harvesting season and onward to extraction, refining, storage and processing; extensive measures are in place to ensure every product that leaves our plants is one that meets rigorous ISO 22000 (HACCP), ISO 9001 standards and full satisfaction of our customers.
Lebanon’s newest state-of-the-art laboratory

Laboratory:

We boasts Lebanon’s newest state-of-the-art laboratory equipped with sophisticated technology to test and control the Quality of oil. The testing process includes checking for the free fatty acidity, peroxide value, shelf-life, iodine value, waxes content, spectrophotometric constants, fatty acid profile and sterol content.

Our equipment includes:

  • - Gas Chromatography (GC)
  • - High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)
  • - Rancimat
